NAP and Alliance

hello there... i am the alliance leader for URF alliance from UNI23

i would like to ask your allance if you would be interested in an alliance with us or sign a NAP between our alliances
i am also seeking for a diplomatic NAP untill such time as we have either come together as allies or have failed to see eye to eye and failed to achive any relaionship between our alliances

currently our alliance is ranked 10 and out wing is ranked 26 by points
currently our alliance is ranked 13 and out wing is ranked 38 by fleet
currently our alliance is ranked 13 and out wing is ranked 3 by research
with 20 member in our main and 46 member in our wing
